Financing & monthly payment examples

Himplant® physicians frequently partner with medical financing companies (e.g., CareCredit®, Cherry, Fiona) to help you pay over time (subject to credit approval and terms). Some clinics offer in house financing options with no impact on your credit. On the “Find a Physician” page, you can filter by clinics that accept these options.

Example:

A $15,000 case split across approved financing may be paid monthly; your exact payment depends on lender, APR, and term. Ask your clinic about 0% intro‑period promotions when available.

Why Himplant® may cost more—or less—than alternatives

Cosmetic penile enhancement falls into a few categories. Initial “sticker prices” can be misleading; consider lifetime costs, safety, and outcomes.

Himplant® (surgical, soft silicone implant):

Is the first and only FDA‑cleared implant designed for cosmetic enlargement of the penis on the market, with average girth gains ~1–2 inches and approximately 50% increase in flaccid length is reported in published research  As with any surgical procedure, certain risks exist with the Himplant procedure.

Temporary dermal fillers (e.g., HA, Fat transfer):

Multiple sessions are common with fillers; lifetime cost often exceeds a one‑time surgery. Fillers are not FDA‑cleared or reviewed by the FDA for penile enhancement; Among other risks, uneven results and deformity are documented. (See your urologist for guidance.)

PMMA / “permanent” fillers:

Can require revisions; risk of nodules, deformity, necrosis or tissue changes. Many urologists caution against injectable silicone or non‑reversible materials. urologyhealth.org

Pre‑op requirements:

Additional clearance may be required if you have underlying conditions that can increase the risks of the procedure.

Clinic & location:

Facility, anesthesia, and surgeon vary by location.

Revision risk:

While majority of the patients have reported high or very high satisfaction, with any implant, additional corrective procedure(s) are a possibility; Himplant is removable if necessary. Your surgeon will discuss probabilities and costs during your consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

At Himplant®, we are dedicated to helping you to find the optimal male enhancement option. Read our FAQs or go to HimFACTS for more information.

Q:
Who is a candidate for the Himplant® implant?

21+ in age, in good health, and committed to recovery. There are certain other requirements that will be discussed between you and your Himplant® surgeon.

Q:
How much does the Himplant® implant cost?

Each patient’s circumstances will determine the cost of the implant. Most patients pay $10,500–$19,000, depending on location, surgeon, and add‑ons (e.g., circumcision). Additional costs may include circumcision for uncircumcised patients, lipectomy for overweight patients, travel for remote patients, etc.

If paying for the procedure is an issue, many of our clinics offer financing plans, including zero-interest options for a period of time.

Q:
When can I resume sex and workouts?

Most men get clearance at 6–8 weeks for sexual activity and a phased return to exercise typically starting 3–4 weeks after surgery, per your surgeon's guidance. Desk-based work usually resumes within about a week, while physically demanding jobs require clearance first.

Each milestone is confirmed at your follow-up appointments — see the workout question below for the detailed phase-by-phase exercise timeline.

Q:
Is there a warranty?

Yes. The limited lifetime warranty covers the device itself — professional and facility fees are not included. Coverage starts at 80% in year 1 and decreases to 40% from year 5 onward.

Full terms, current coverage tiers, and the claim process are published on the official warranty page.

Q:
What results should I expect?

Most patients see an average girth increase of 1–2 inches and an approximately 50% increase in flaccid length (average). Individual results may vary based on your anatomy and the implant size your surgeon recommends.

Himplant® is a cosmetic implant, so the most visible change is in the flaccid state — girth and hang. Changes to erect length, if any, are unpredictable and depend on individual anatomy.

Results also develop over time: swelling resolves over the first weeks, and the natural tissue capsule that forms around the implant over roughly 4–8 months can add girth and a more natural feel. Your surgeon will walk you through realistic sizing for your body during consultation, and our clinical research page covers the published data behind these figures.
