Most visiting patients plan a 5-day Miami stay: pre-op consultation on Day 1, the procedure on Day 2, beach-side recovery on Days 3–4, and a post-op check on Day 5 before flying home.

Recovery hotels cluster around both offices — Coral Gables options near Dr. De Fazio and North Miami/beachfront options near Dr. Robbins — and both MIA and FLL airports serve the visit well. Your actual stay depends on your recovery and your surgeon's clearance, so confirm travel plans with the office before booking your return flight.

Additionally, the capsule formation around the implant will give the implant more of a natural feel to the touch. The entirety of this process will take anywhere between 6-12 months.

Patients often report that it's undetectable to sexual partners who have not seen their penises prior to the procedure. However, it is essential to note that the implant is a foreign object, and it may be detected.

Most men get clearance at 6–8 weeks for sexual activity and a phased return to exercise typically starting 3–4 weeks after surgery, per your surgeon's guidance. Desk-based work usually resumes within about a week, while physically demanding jobs require clearance first.

Published Himplant® procedure prices currently range from $10,500 to $25,000, depending on the physician, location, and any additional procedures that are medically indicated.

Travel, lodging, outside testing, medical clearances, unrelated physician fees, and optional additional procedures may cost extra. Financing may be available to qualified applicants through participating U.S. providers; international financing is not available.
