Dr. Adam De Fazio is a board-certified urologist and attorney who offers the Himplant® cosmetic penile enhancement procedure at his clinic in Miami, where he established his practice, Miami Men's. Dr. De Fazio is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology. He is also a member of the American Urological Association, the International Society for Sexual Medicine, and the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons.

Dr. De Fazio completed his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in 2003. He received his law degree from Georgetown University and subsequently gained admission to the New York Bar. While working as a corporate attorney in New York, Dr. De Fazio transitioned to medicine and surgery.

He completed his post-baccalaureate work at Harvard University in 2010 and his Medical Degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2015. Following medical school, Dr. De Fazio completed general surgery training at the University of Minnesota and four additional years of training in urologic surgery.

During his time in Minnesota, Dr. De Fazio gained experience in reconstructive urology with a focus on penile surgery, prosthetic urology, and urethral reconstruction. His research has produced publications in the areas of reconstructive urology and sexual medicine.

After completing his training, Dr. De Fazio co-founded a general urology clinic, Modern Urology, and subsequently Miami Men's. Dr. De Fazio speaks English, Spanish, and Italian.
