Dr. Meshal Albabtain is a board-certified urologist with U-Toronto fellowship training in functional and reconstructive urology. Dr. Mohammed Alfozan is a board-certified urologist, trainer/proctor, with urological trauma and reconstruction experience. Dr. Ayman Al-Bakri is a consultant in urology/andrology with Canada fellowship training.

Every surgeon in the Himplant® network is trained on the current device and technique. The right fit depends on consultation, anatomy, goals, language needs, and clinic location.

Most Riyadh patients structure the visit around pre-operative consultation on Day 1, the outpatient procedure on Day 2, recovery on Days 3–4, and post-operative review before flying home on Day 5.

RUH is about 30–45 minutes by car to the clinic areas. Staying near your surgeon's Riyadh location helps keep early recovery transfers shorter and easier to manage.

Based on historical results, we have seen an average increase of 1″ to 2″ of added girth to the penis, and an approximately 50% increase in flaccid length on average has also been reported. Erect length increases, if any, are unpredictable and depend on the individual patient’s anatomy. Individual results may vary.

Based on a clinical review of 400 patients over 5 years, there were no cases of changes to penile function, ability to get or sustain an erection, or ejaculation during sex. There may be a change in sensation. Some patients have reported both increased and decreased sensitivity. This is generally temporary and typically resolves over time as the skin expands. The Himplant® implant is designed to feel natural whether your penis is in a flaccid ("soft") or erect ("hard") state. We have used soft medical-grade silicone to achieve the most natural feel possible.

Additionally, the capsule formation around the implant will give the implant more of a natural feel to the touch. The entirety of this process will take anywhere between 6-12 months.

Patients often report that it's undetectable to sexual partners who have not seen their penises prior to the procedure. However, it is essential to note that the implant is a foreign object, and it may be detected.

Most men get clearance at 6–8 weeks for sexual activity and a phased return to exercise typically starting 3–4 weeks after surgery, per your surgeon's guidance. Desk-based work usually resumes within about a week, while physically demanding jobs require clearance first.

Published Himplant® procedure prices currently range from $10,500 to $25,000, depending on the physician, location, and any additional procedures that are medically indicated.

Travel, lodging, outside testing, medical clearances, unrelated physician fees, and optional additional procedures may cost extra. Financing may be available to qualified applicants through participating U.S. providers; international financing is not available.
